We answer, usually within a few working days:

• Corrections to a recorded value, with the URL and the figure you dispute.
• Requests to describe a protocol in more detail than the published page does.
• Questions about whether two of our measurements are directly comparable.

What does not

Formulation help, supplier introductions, sponsorship, and guest posts. This site carries display advertising and nothing else; there is no paid placement to sell and no editorial slot to fill.

If you are writing about a safety problem with a piece of equipment described in a protocol, put SAFETY in the subject line and it moves to the front.
